Running

Running is a beautiful sport but can seem very overwhelming with today’s focus on gear, technology, technique, and even coaches. This can lead us to, in some way, question our commitment, goals, gear, physical ability, and motivation.

Consistency is the edge to becoming the best runner you can be. What supports consistency is your ability to properly recover, minimize the severity of over-use injuries with running-specific strength training, and your confidence in your plan.

We assess all of these items for you and assist you with setting up a plan to continue and/or improve your runs.
